- For student participants (up to the Ph.D. level) a certificate of student status by the Faculty supervisor is required.
- Registration for participants and students covers admission to all scientific events, materials (abstracts, etc.), the welcoming reception, all the conference refreshment breaks and the conference banquet.
- Accompanying guests fees covers all complementary and other special events.

- Cancellation & Refund Policies
The MEDICTA 2023 Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:
1. Conference registration cancelled until May 15, 2023, is refundable but subject to a €20.00 administrative fee.
2. Registrants cancelling on or after May 15, 2023, will not receive a refund.
3. In the event of MEDICTA 2023 is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances not attributed to the Organizers, the cost of registration will be refunded, but subjected to a €20.00 administrative fee
