There are several opportunities for advertising your company at MEDICTA 2023. If you are interested, please contact the Local Organizing Committee. All sponsors will be acknowledged on the Web Page.
We also encourage vendors to submit either oral papers or posters describing scientific or technical applications of their equipment.
The possibility of distributing advertising booklets and printed pages among all the registered participants is considered. There is also the possibility of displaying catalogues and sample copies of journals in the Conference location.
Other possibilities of advertising, different from the specified, may be considered according to your needs.
An exhibition of scientific instruments and literature will be held during all the days of the Conference. The exhibition room will be located on the same area as the coffee breaks. Two types of display space are possible: a full 3 m x 3 m display space and a literature-only display space.
An exhibitor’s fee is being charged, which includes one full registration to attend the sessions and the social events. The exhibition installation cost should be supported by the exhibitors.
Those wishing to use the literature-only option need not have a representative present. Materials can be sent to the Local Organizing Committee who will arrange for their display. Exhibition set up will take place on Sunday morning with the space to open on Sunday afternoon. The exhibition space will close on Friday at the end of the sessions.

3. Provision of Conference Bags
If your company has bags with your logo or advertising and you would like to contribute, we would be happy to use them. We will consider various types of bags large enough to hold the program book and a few additional documents.
